    The difference between an electric bike and a normal bike

    An electric bike differs from a normal bike because in many ways. An electric bike is more reminiscent of a scooter, or a vehicle that is a mix between a bike and a car.

    It resembles a bicycle the most, but it has the benefits from the car in form of a motor that allows you to ride much faster than a normal bicycle.

    How fast can an electric bike go?

    The speed depends on the type of e-bike that you ride. 

    Generally, you can count on e-bikes having pedaling assistance on speeds that go to a maximum of 25 km/h. This is the legal requirement for bicycles with electric motors, and it is included in the European standard.

    However, there is a legal tolerance of about +10%. 

    How to charge an electric bike battery?

    It is easy to charge an e-bike, as it can easily be charged in a normal socket. 

    Therefore, the most difficult task will be to find a connector that you can use for your bike. You will not have to pay large sums of money to charge your electric bike, as the cost of each charge will most of the time not exceed 0,1 EURO. 

    In addition to this, it is also not necessary to charge all the time. However, this depends on how far you cycle. You can usually say that you can easily get both to and from work on one single charge if you live less than 30 km from work.

    The health benefits from e-bikes

    Cycling is much healthier in terms of health than, for example, transport by car or public transport. 

    By using an e-bike you will get good exercise, increased energy, and not least high spirits.
